How We Work

ZAOX does not sell new machinery to end users. New machines are supplied exclusively to workshops, dealers and resellers.

If you are a reseller and would like to distribute our machinery in your area, apply for a dealer account: tell us about your company and we will review your application.

Used machinery is also available to private buyers and end users.

Warranty

The ZAOX warranty covers the replacement of mechanical components affected by manufacturing defects for 12 months, starting from the date on which our reseller sells the machine to their own customer.

The warranty can be extended up to 3 years against an additional fee. The extension must be purchased together with the machine and cannot be added at a later stage.

Used machinery carries a 30-day warranty.

Manual and Certificate of Conformity

Every ZAOX machine is supplied with a Certificate of Conformity issued by ZAOX Construction Machinery a.s. — not by Chinese manufacturers.

The operating manual is available in any European language for all our machines.

Prices

Our price list is available to companies operating as mechanical workshops, dealers of construction, industrial and road equipment, and resellers. We do not sell new machinery to construction companies or private customers.

The price list is behind a dealer account. Request yours here, using your company email address linked to your company website: the content of your website is what defines your business for us. If your company does not have a website, upload your company registration certificate instead — the form accepts both.

Used machinery can also be purchased by private customers.

Payments

ZAOX machines can be paid for in EUR or USD. Two payment options are available:

• Signature of the sales contract and payment of a deposit, with the balance settled before shipment.
• Signature of the sales contract and payment in full for the machine.

Availability and Delivery

All machines listed on this website are ready for immediate delivery.

Shipping, transport and any packaging costs — the latter applying to partially assembled machines — are borne by the recipient. This applies to both new and used machinery.

Shipping and Shipping Costs

If you are interested in our machinery, we can provide an approximate quotation for shipping from our premises to your location.

Shipping rates depend on too many variables for a final figure to be given in advance: the definitive cost can only be established once the approximate shipping date is known. This becomes possible only after the sales contract has been signed and the deposit — or the full amount — has been paid, depending on the option chosen (see Payments above).

Any shipping quotation issued before payment is therefore indicative and not binding, as no firm date range is available yet. The final shipping date is arranged only once the machine has been paid for in full.

Technical Support

ZAOX provides a multilingual online support service for complex diagnostic issues on all our machines.

This is backed by an online service manual collecting every issue reported on ZAOX machines since 2023, alongside technical support by telephone and email.

Spare Parts

ZAOX holds a large stock of spare parts in the Czech Republic, including those components whose failure would put a machine out of service — hydraulic pumps, hydraulic motors, track tensioners, complete hydraulic cylinders and more.

Should a part not be available in our warehouse, it can be ordered by air freight from China and is usually available within 6–7 working days.
