To maintain your warranty beyond the 12 month:

- the machine is used exclusively for its intended purpose.
- the operator follows the Ordinary Operator Maintenance List strictly (1).
- all ordinary Maintenance for Specialised Personeel (2) is carried out by a ZAOX specialist technician within the prescribed timeframes and recorded in the machine's online service book.
- only original ZAOX spare parts are used, including oils and fluids.
- prompt reporting of any defects to prevent further damage

IMPORTANT!
- The warranty (12 months or more) covers the labor for repairs, but does not cover the round trip to the customer's premises.
- In case it is necessary to replace parts whose wear is directly related to the Ordinary Operator Maintenance List (such as pins, bushings, rubber tracks and rollers of the undercarriage), the warranty claim may be denied.

Check radiator and oil cooler
Check water separator
Check V-belt Daily
Tracks tension check

(2) MAINTENANCE FOR SPECIALISED PERSONNEL OR ZAOX SERVICE CENTER

Adjust V-belt tension
Check coolant hoses and clamps
Lubricate pilot valve linkage
Change coolant hoses and clamps
Change engine oil and oil filter
Change fuel filter
Change return filter hydraulic oil tank
Change reducers oil (transaction and rotation)
Change hydraulic oil and suction filter (1)
Replace the air filter (2)
Check the alternator and starter
Check the electrical wiring and connections
Safety inspection
Change the coolant and flush the cooling system
